Identity…
If the word identity has to be treated in the right sense of this word, so I am Lyudmila Fyodorova, a student. But if we take another meaning, then I’m a person, a human, an individual. So, what makes identity? I mean personal one, because there are different types of identity. First of all I have an appearance, which is mine and no one else’s. Then I have a particular character, special psychological features and innate abilities. I think that especially innate capacities make identity. This is the way of our self-expression, the way to reveal your potential and this makes other people say: “oh, this person differs from others; he or she outstands in a huge human mass”. In my opinion the main feature that forms identity is kindness.

What is self-improvement and what is self-destruction for you?
What is self-improvement? For me it is education, the ways of getting better and more sophisticated not only in professional field, but the means of getting more skillful and wise in the course of life. But I think that self-improvement is an innate ability to develop yourself and not going round in circles. This is a very tedious process, because our laziness is the highest hurdle, which only few, the most patient and industrious men can clear. Self-improvement is a result of a long and hard process of understanding of what is “right” and what is “wrong”. But the most difficult thing in this process is to feel that invisible boarder between these two notions. Very often people in attempts to learn the difference between “rights” and “wrongs” begin to destroy everything in their way. Self-destruction is a process of demoralization; it is when you rot inside. Everything starts with the tiniest things, such as to reject to do the ordinary daily staff, such as changing clothes and washing. All these things happen when you give will to you worst evil laziness. She, laziness defeats you making you play according to her own rules, to her own benefits. But our main destructors are alcohol and drugs; these are such a “false friends”, which give you the opiate oblivion, and settle inside you in return and start to devour your like cancer. The border line between self-improvement and self-destruction is very narrow. You can improve yourself so hard, that when you decide to relax and let you laziness come out, you can turn up behind this transparent line, on the way of harmful destruction. In both cases, I mean improvement and destruction we must have will-power.
